Founded in 2008, Jibreel International School (JIS) is Eastern India's First English Medium School to integrate modern education with spiritual learning. With five thriving units across Kolkata, JIS has grown into a pioneering institution that blends academic rigour, moral values and cultural understanding.

Curriculum
JIS follows the ICSE curriculum, aligned with the standards of CISCE (New Delhi). The programme is comprehensive, covering all major subjects in General Studies — Languages, Mathematics, Science, and Social Sciences — ensuring that students receive a strong academic foundation.
In addition, the school offers Theology Studies for Muslim students, which include Moral Education, Arabic Language and Scripture Lessons. These classes aim to strengthen character, nurture faith, and connect spiritual learning with daily life, complementing the modern curriculum with timeless guidance.

Our classrooms are comfortable and up-to-date, fostering focus and collaboration. Through partnerships with sports clubs, JIS enables students to participate, compete, and excel across diverse athletic pursuits. Academic Continuity
JIS is in the process of obtaining affiliation from a recognised National Board, preferably CISCE (New Delhi). Meanwhile, we work closely with our sister organisation to ensure that students preparing for board examinations receive structured guidance and academic support without disruption.
