A Note From The Chief Administrator
Alhamdulillah! With the grace of Allah the Almighty, Jibreel International School has now completed seventeen glorious years of its educational journey. This journey, though filled with challenges, has always been brightened with perseverance, dedication, and divine blessings. Every step has been a reminder of the Qur’anic truth: “And say, ‘My Lord, increase me in knowledge.’” (Surah Ta-Ha 20:114). It is this prayer that has carried us forward, bringing honour, pride, and progress to our community.
From the very beginning, when the foundation stone was laid with the heartfelt duas and blessed hands of Maulana Syed Rabey Hasani Nadvi (RA), our institution has steadily flourished. What started as a dream has now become a trusted reality—recognized and respected not only in Kolkata but across the nation and beyond.
Over these years, we have built an educational environment that combines tradition with modernity, faith with science, and values with vision. Our rigorous academic curriculum has consistently produced outstanding results. At the same time, a wide spectrum of co-curricular and extracurricular activities has nurtured creativity, discipline, and teamwork, winning appreciation from parents, well-wishers, and the wider academic fraternity.
Our mission remains firm: to provide every child entrusted to us with a holistic education—one that enlightens the mind, purifies the heart, and builds character strong enough to lead the 21st century. Inspired by prophetic guidance that “the best among you are those who learn the Qur’an and teach it,” our scholars and educators have developed a curriculum that balances Moral Education, Scripture Studies, and modern sciences.
In our Department of Theology, innovation meets tradition. By integrating technology-driven teaching strategies, we have adopted blended learning methods that make religious studies engaging and effective. The Hifz Programme—offered both online and offline—has consistently delivered excellent results. Year after year, our students not only commit the Noble Qur’an to memory but also embody its spirit, values, and light in their lives.
We believe that the Qur’an is not just to be memorized, but to be understood, reflected upon, and applied. Hence, at Jibreel International School, we give the highest priority to Qur’anic education, nurturing in our students a lifelong bond with faith and spirituality alongside excellence in worldly sciences.
