JIS believes that Good Teachers become Great Teachers by going beyond the call of duty and beyond the textbook. To do this, they must continue their education. There are conferences, workshops, and continuing education that give the teacher that extra help in getting them advanced to meet the challenges of the 21st Century that the students are exposed to.

 

JIS firmly believes that being competent and well-performing teacher is one of the most important resources in any educational institution. The teacher is considered the professional agent and the most directly responsible person in the process of learning; he is the one in charge of making/helping students learn and benefit or suffer from the quality of his teaching.
